Kissmetrics Brand Refresh 

THE CHALLENGE:

Kick-start brand strategy discussions for this leader in the (CEA) Customer Engagement Automation space. Prepare to "unveil" the new look & feel at a sponsored conference: Growth Hackers 2017.

 

 

THE APPROACH:

Working directly with the CEO to assimilate agency findings to date, I partnered with sales, marketing, design and engineering and led an accelerated brand sprint to get a clear sense of what was and wasn't working.

I then took a deeper dive, moderating qualitative research efforts by conducting a series of one-on-one interviews to validate industry perception and let those insights inform final strategy.

THE RESULTS:

Kissmetrics needed a skilled facilitator to reinvigorate efforts between teams. I stepped in to manage conversations, line up the necessary resources and get everyone on the same page.

I was able to deliver fresh insights to senior leadership, eliminate any doubt on industry perception and accelerate decision making at the highest levels. Designer Erin Pinkley enabled Kissmetrics to put a fresh brand identity forward, and we delivered on time for Growth Hackers 2017.
